I finally found a very good, reasonably priced irrigation company. I had Chris from Living Waters Irrigation Solutions inspect our sprinkler systems at 3 of our properties. He made the repairs (large and small) and I was very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism and price. His wife, Bethany, is also a pleasure to work with. I have worked with 4 irrigation companies in the past and I can tell you that Chris and Bethany are the best of the best.

I have used several lawn care companies over the years and H.O.T. Lawns is the best company that I have found. They use small mowers which has reduced the sprinkler system head repairs. They also treat our yards twice a year and our properties have never looked better.

The person they sent was Jorge from Three Brothers Painting. I asked for his card and later contacted Three Brothers Painting for some work I needed recently. Cesar arrived on time, was very professional and painted 5 exterior doors and trim at our properties. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend! Pictures of the doors
