Move-Out Cleaning Fee - A non-refundable cleaning fee of $75.00 is due on the first day of the lease term. Landlord will arrange professional cleaning of the unit after move-out, and tenants are not required to clean the unit themselves. However, if the professional cleaning service assesses an additional fee due to the unit being left in an excessively dirty condition, tenants will be responsible for paying that extra amount.
SUBLETTING:
Effective 1/1/2015 all leases for new tenants will not allow subletting. Please make sure you will be able to meet the 1 year lease requirement.
