We are the proud parents of a daughter who graduated from Texas A&M University in 2014. We purchased our first investment property in 2003 when our nephew was attending A&M. After his graduation, we kept the house and later worked with a local builder to build our second property, a 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom house. In 2013, we purchased our third property, a duplex, which we completely remodeled. We added our 4th property, a NEW 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom townhouse in 2017.
We are not realtors or a property management company. We manage the properties we personally own, Properties 1, 2, 3A, 3B and 4. The River Oaks property RO1 is owned by an immediate family member.
